1. What is a Haikyuu Omegaverse Fanweek?
A week-long 18+ fan event that runs from Monday to Sunday, featuring prompt ideas and dialogues (as you will have seen in the interest check) celebrating the characters of the Haikyuu Manga in the Omegaverse.If you don’t like Omegaverse, feel free to look the other way and ignore our twitter and event. We encourage a healthy online experience.2. But what is Omegaverse?
Child, you are in for it now.
Omegaverse is an au where characters have a secondary gender. These secondary genders are typically one of three - Alpha, Beta or Omega(sometimes more). They borrow certain characteristics from animals to make it a bit spicier.Omegaverse can seem really daunting but there’s so much to appreciate and enjoy. And it isn’t all smut or NSFW!Check out the Wikipedia page for it here or the better and longer version from Fanlore here.

No.
Only adults above the age of 18 will be allowed to participate given the NSFW themes of the event.
Minors are not allowed to interact, follow or participate in the event.
Any minors caught will be blocked.4. What content is prohibited?
Most dead dove themes such as Underage Sex, Loli/shota, pedophilia, incest, zoophilia/bestiality (actual animals) and non-con are not allowed.
Dub-con is allowed (given the nature of the event) but be sure to tag it.5. What types of content can be created for the event?
All types of content will be accepted as long as they fit our prompts and guidelines!

Yes, of course! While we won't be putting out any separate prompts, we would love to see the softer side of the Omegaverse.
The works posted for the Haikyuu Omegaverse fanweek don’t need to be NSFW. But you do need to be 18+ to post.7. What ships are allowed?
Any ships are allowed as long as they feature characters from the Haikyuu-verse.
For content that is prohibited - please look at Qs. 4 featuring info about prohibited works.8. But I don’t want to write about ships?
You’re free to explore the non-romantic sides of Haikyuu characters in the Omegaverse. Romantic ships are not required.9. Can I post WIPs before the event?
Yes! In fact, we encourage WIPs and we will repost them on our account prior to the fanweek if you use the hashtag - #HQomegaverseweek and tag our twitter account @hqomegaverse.10. Do you accept old works/reposts?
Yes, we accept old works and reposts.11. Do you accept only English works?
We accept works in all languages!12. Can we mix prompts?/Can we use more than one prompt in one work?
Yes, in fact, we encourage it!

Ooh, we see you’re already thinking of the future and we like that.
We gotchu - don’t worry. There will definitely be an AO3 collection, details of which will be revealed in the weeks leading up to the event.
This way, you will be well-satiated by the Omegaverse genre for a good amount of time.14. Are Late Submissions allowed?
We allow late submissions upto 3 weeks after the event.15. I have questions. How do I contact you?

More than one prompt can be used (the more the spicier).
